    -keep myself sane. I need to remind myself that those crazy HLBs are crazy.
    -decrease the overdose of optimism and increase the lack of pessimism

    I like that you include chinese words in your blog! Makes me all nostalgic. I like stir-fried baby bok choy, and stir-fried chinese broccoli!

    p.s: Do you take requests? I bought this Sesame & Soybeans powder/flour thing. I have no idea what to do with it. No pressure, I can always make black sesame soup with it.
